Hi all,
My VO is Port of Spain and I am trying to send a Case-Specific Enquiry to send them a document to add to my file. However, I have never sent one. When I go to the "How to Send an Enquiry" page and select the email webform and enter the security letters to prove I'm a human being... and then click next, I get a page database error.
Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong? It's frustrating to not be able to send a CSE to your VO, especially when so many others have and I'm not sure why I cannot. I should note I called a friend and asked her to try and she got the same error.
