Hello,

I came to Canada on May, 2011 for 2 years diploma in Centennial college, Toronto . I did my 3 semesters as a full-time student till the end of August, 2012 [ I took 1 semester off in between]. But due to my bad academic standing , i was placed on Academic Suspension for 2 semesters. . Instead of wasting time . I took a admission in ESL in Saskatchewan on September, 2012 in Public funded College to cut the reason for bad grade. [I was too late to take admission in other course in Canada] . After completing ESL , i came back to Toronto and anyhow convinced Centennial College to cancel my remaining 4 months of suspension[ i have certificate for ESL]. Now from Jan 2013 , i'm continuing my course in Centennial as Full-time student. I never worked in Canada as my parents were sponsored me for all expenses.
Now i will apply for study permit extension , my permit is expiring on 30th April,2013.
I had a talk with my consultant today.
He stated my case as very complicated. And told me to add the listed documents with the necessary documents.
1. Fees receipt of Centennial college [ Jan 2013] and For ESL.
2. My present semester [ Jan 2013] mid term grade print out.[ really not possible to get]
3. Letter from program coordinator of centennial college stating i was put in suspension on Sept, 2012 and my suspension was removed in Jan, 2013.
4. He will write a cover letter stating the reason for my bad grade.
And he is charging $1000 for his service.

I know my case is very complicated. If this thing will work. Then i'm ready to pay. But something look fishy.

Please Help.

Nothing is fishy.

Everyone has their own logic and while your consultant may have his own way of analyzing the problem, that does not make it wrong. I personally would avoid giving the mid term results unless they're spectacular but I see your consultants point of view for asking you to submit them.

The 1000$ rate is pretty standard for a half decent consultant in Canada or the U.S for that matter.

Thanks man.
Yes mid term grade is not possible to obtain because some subject don't have mid term.
