Damaged Valid Study permit & Damaged Passport please help!

I have gotten my study permit last year but now I am back out of Canada, I accidentally water damaged my passport and study permit. I renewed my passport but I have no idea what to do for my study permit. Should I get a new one as I have gotten a new passport or what should I do? Please help

USe this lingk to get a replacement permit. The processing time is 1 month tho.
