Hello,
I might need to replace my passport with Canadian visitor visa in it since it is damaged (first page is broken, but the visa page is intact).
Since I still haven't visited Canada and I plan on doing that as soon as I get a new passport, I am wondering if I need to re-apply for a visa again or can I just travel with a new and old passport together, or maybe to transfer the visa to a new passport? Also, if I have to transfer a visa to a new passport, how would I do that and would I need to provide biometrics since that wasn't necessary when I applied for the visa originally?
Thank you!
