many big IT companies have their offices in st. john, Moncton and other cities in NB

and another advantage is its proximity to Big cities like Montreal, Quebec, Halifax etc,

Both the universities are fine, and you will find employment easily,
you can check the course contents of both programs,

NB isn't a booming province. The unemployment rate is higher than Saskatchewan for sure. I can't comment on which program is better but would suggest SK over NB as a province. You can move if you get PGWP so attend the best program.
