is it shows technical diploma, undegraduate diploma, bach degree, what was its eligibility ?

my senior maynak,
our diploma is after 12 & 2 years diploma ( 14 years of study)
so it is post secondary technical diploma ,
if we see our diploma certificate, clearly written on it diploma in phrmacy, although awarded by university.
if we compare our education with canadian education system-
Grade 1 (ages 6–7)
Grade 2 (ages 7–8)
Grade 3 (ages 8–9)
Grade 4 (ages 9–10)
Grade 5 (ages 10–11)
Grade 6 (ages 11–12)
Grade 7 (ages 12–13)
Grade 8 (ages 13–14)
Secondary education
Grade 9 (ages 14–15)
Grade 10 (ages 15–16)
Grade 11 (ages 16–17)
Grade 12 (ages 17–18)
Grade 12+ (ages 18+) (Ontario only)b
Tertiary education
College: In Canada, the term college usually refers to a community college or a technical, applied arts, or applied science school. These are post-secondary institutions granting certificates, diplomas, associates degree, and bachelor's degrees.

so we completed 12+2 years of study which is equivalent to canadiann diploma
so our diploma falls under 3414.4in skill level C
however our duties match with 3131 we can get point for experience but could't for education
because 3131 falls under skill level A which usually requires university education level - University degree at the bachelor's, master's or doctorate level.
so sir its my opinion!

Agreed dear,

I hava also completed my Bachelor in Computer application & my Masters in Business Administration. Again after getting reply from CHC ND , WWICS Consultant , Abhinav Consultant , Great Qorax & Sir PMM of this forum & Krisp from Immigration.ca forum all suggest me that YES , Diploma in Pharmacy holder with required experience can go ahead. Again i want to know how you waisted your time boz of this , as said in your post ?

Please let me know. Also what is your current status ? I mean have you applied under FSW ?

Let me know

Regards,
Mayank

mayank,
Officers should assess programs of study and award points based on the standards that exist
the country of study. The Regulations do not provide for comparisons to Canadian educational
standards.
To be eligible for points, the applicant‘s work experience must:
 have occurred during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of application;
 be in occupations listed in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) under Skill Type 0
or Skill Level A and B;
Officers must:
 not take into account whether the applicant meets the ―Employment requirements‖ description
set forth in the NOC for the occupation(s) listed  award points only if the applicant has performed the actions described in the lead statement
of the particular NOC description and has performed at least a substantial number of the
duties described in the ―Main Duties‖ summary – including all the essential duties

Hi qsw,

Thanks for the posting ur view. so it means main important thing is Job duties & relation with NOC. right ? that is why post that d.pharmacy can apply.
