Custom charges while landing in Canada with old household stuff and Jwellery

Hello Everyone,

I got my COPR last month and i plan to land in Toronto in the last week of September.
I had a question regarding customs while landing.
i will be moving from California and want to move Furniture, Television, other appliances and Jwellery.

Will the Canada customs charge anything for these as these all things are old and none of the items are new.
Can someone please suggest

The way the customs agent explained it to me is, you're allowed to bring things in that are listed in the BSF186/a forms. Anything brought in later are subject to be taxed.
