Currentlt not working_applying in express entry

Hi friends,

I am a MCA graduate with 4 years full time work experience in tesing and developing in same company. I resigned my job a month before. I have completed my IELTS and ECA and about to create express entry profile. My doubt is, should I be employed while apply express entry and register in job bank? Will the job bank accepts the people like me as unemployed? How many years of gap in work experience is acceptable. Unfortunately I could not go for job as there are certain rules in gulf countries to get enployed. So friends , kindly clarify my doubts.

There is no requirement for you to be employed when you enter the pool or apply, and it won't have a negative effect on your application.

It does not matter whether you are currently employed or not, as long as you fulfill the eligibility requirements for Express Entry system.
