Current Visit Visa Application

Hello guys,

I just want to ask that in applying for the tourist visa now in the embassy, the application from needed are as follows:

1. IMM 5645
2. IMM 5257
3. IMM 5484 (Checklist)
4. IMM 5877 (Document Checklist)

My questions are;

1. Is this the complete application form? What else are missing?
2. IMM 5484 & IMM 5877 are needed for each applicant? We will be sending 2 applications at the same time.
3. For the Sponsor, We will be sending only the photocopy of paystubs, employment certificate. Is that ok?

Also, do have a look at the Instruction Guide i.e IMM 5256 if any additional forms must be submitted.


2. Each applicant must submit a complete set of forms.

BTW IMM 5877 i.e. Visa Office Instructions are for your reference


3. You must include one complete set of evidence + host documents for each applicant.


You can request VFS staff (as you will not be applying directly at the visa office) to bag both applications together to ensure they go to the same visa officer for assessment

Thanks for the reply, yup i know that, you will not be directly applying to the embassy. i just want to confirm the application forms if correct.
