Just got the status update that my processed passport has been dispatched from canada visa office new delhi on 17/07/2017 to the canada visa application center and is ready for collection. Please let me know what does this status signify little bit worried

It means they give the final decision and semd your passport to vfs. Once VFs will recieve that passport they will further send you the passport by courier. You will get the passport within 1-2 days. If you want to know you application decision now then go and link your paper application online to see the decision or wait for the days to see the stamped passport

Decision on your application has been made. You will receive your passport by tomorrow than you will know that you got visa or not.

There is no way to know about decision at this condition except linking the application or wait for the day when passport is in your hands to see the decision.
