My score is lying around 433 - 448 . With current draws and cutoff scores will it be possible for me to get a PR either in Express Entry or PNP. Provided that I am willing to wait for one year from now . Background is Software with 4 years of experience and Bachelor degree in Computer Science .
or should I do a pg/diploma for 2 years in Canada ?

Too low for Express Entry. Not for PNP unless you have a job offer. Look at SINP and find out your score. Study permit doesn’t guarantee PR, and you need to have permit approved.

Regarding PNP so there are no chances for PNP ? Even if i wait for one year no province is going to nominate under some stream or category?

second about study permit

After completing my PG diploma I will get 3 year work permit (pgwp) with Study in Canada and Work experience in Canada . I will fetch some more points right ? Won’t that be benefucial

Your CRS score is low. Look at SINP or AINP.

To get a study permit, you need to show career and education advancement in home country to justify costs. Given the fact that the Canadian government is looking at capping the number of international students then you may have a more difficult time. Again, you can get a 3 year work permit and still not get PR.
