Current employer experience letter?

I am not telling my current employer that I am filling for Canadian PR just not to raise an alarm.

So, how did you guys manage to get experience letters without revealing the motive behind it?

Please advice.

Some people use the excuse of 'visas' . But you should know that CIC may call your employer to verify employment.
