Current Employed in UAE but PR visa is approved

Hi all,
Im currently working in UAE and in able for me to exit properly I need to
Spend a 3month turnover. However, my passport is on process of PR Visa stamping in ottawa.
By 3-4weeks time, In God's grace, I will my official PR entry status.
I still have loan obligations here and unconfident to exit without settling it.
My question is...is there anyway to extend the visa? I've learned that there's no way of extending it instead re apply. Can u suggest any other alternative?

No - there is no way to extend the visa.

You will have to travel to Canada and "land" (become a permanent resident) before the expiry date on your PR visa. The expiry date of your PR visa will most likely be one year from the time you completed your medical exam.

If you don't land in Canada by the expiry date on your visa, you will no longer be able to use that visa and will have to reapply.

There are no alternatives.

Why don't don't you land, come back, and do your winding up. You will have 3 years time to move to Canada after you have done your first landing!
