Current and Previous Undertakings

Hi Guys,

Need a little help..
I am applying for Spouse sponsorship, and currently filling up IMM5481E - Sponsorship Evaluation Form.
I am confused on this section #5, #6 and #7,

What is Current Undertakings? - Number of persons included in Box#3 of the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 008)
Is this the form I filled up when I applied for Permanent Resident last year?

What about Previous Undertakings? I haven't sponsored anyone yet.. should I put "0" or leave it blank?

Yes, you can put "0" as this is your first undrtaking, the imm 008 is the current form that you will include in this application.

They are referring to your spouse's IMM0008, not yours. Provided neither of you have children, the answers are:

IMM 0008

I am filling IMM 5481 sponsorship evaluation form for my second child who is born outside Canada.

5 years back I had applied for Canadian PR with me being the primary applicant and my wife and my elder son as my dependent in the same application form.
Will that be considered as prior undertaking or not?
I am not sure if the application form that I filled 5 years back will be counted as sponsorship because I didn't have to fill sponsorship evaluation back then.

Yes, I checked with CIC and they confirmed that my first application wasn't sponsorship.
