My bank won't mention in my bank letter the amount equivalent in CAD. Is there any official webpage where I can show them the conversion from Dominican Pesos to Canadian dollars?

Currency mentioned on your bank letters/statements doesn't have to be in Canadian Dollars.
Just do your own homework and make sure the amount stated exceeds the minimum requirements [plus a slight margin for currency fluctuations].
