does trv approval for spouse means pr file will also go smoothly? pr file is in process? what are the chances and probability of it to go smooth? or could they still look for red flags and call up for an interview?

Hi,

TRV approval has nothing to do with spousal PR approval although in some cases forum members reported that their applications fast tracked after PR approval.

I second the opinion above. In our case my wife had a TRV and fortunately her PR application went smoothly without any issues, but that's not a guarantee in every case.
