Hi, I received my study permit today and I have a query on what grounds is the below condition mentioned.
Not valid for employment in businesses related to the sex trade such as strip clubs, etc.
I am 39 year old woman who has secured a Master's admission at McGill. I have 17 years of corporate work experience in India and UAE. I saw that other lady student didn't receive this condition. Curious to understand what made the visa officer place such a condition on my permit. Is it my age or that I have travelled to multiple countries?

It's a standard clause. Nothing to do with you.

It's standard and most people get it. I did, and even joked with the officer about being restricted from making good money :D.

Don't take it personal.
