dont know abt pakistan but here in india it is madatory to show loan of one year expenses

I think you are wrong..loan is not mandatory at all..you can pay fees by yourself or by sponsorship of parents...i got visa recently and i dnt take any loan...
dnt make your file complex by attaching unnecessary documents..just stick to CHECKLISTS

bro on the univ checklist it is mentioned in clear words dat
u need to di gic or an alternative option to dat is you can show education loan and fee receipt copy
