didnt read the article, but i can guess what its about...

yes its funny how people think they can pack their bags and move to canada... its not like moving from new jersey to new mexico...

Haha, on the top of that, there will be express entry reforms which the article did not mention. The option of a job offer would no longer guarantee ITA... More points for Canadian education, siblings and French...
