Hi, I'm from the UK and visiting Canada for a very short stay this summer. One of the questions on the CTA form is whether you have had any previous visa denials in any country, and I do have a previous US tourist visa denial under 214b (presumed immigrant intent) in 2013.

Will my CTA application be rejected based on this?

No, it may still be approved but you must declare the refusal.
