Dear Team,
I am holding non-LMIA job offer from IBM India and continuing from Toronto. I just completed 1 year and the work permit will still be valid for 2 more years.
Could you please let me know, if I will be eligible for 50 points on express entry, or do I need any additional supporting letter from IBM to justify (what will be the format).

Regards,
NS

You have to submit the job offer as part of your EE application package, if that's what you mean by additional supporting letter. The job offer has to say that the job will be available to you for at least one year after you are approved for PR.

Thanks for your response. But what I meant in the supporting letter.
IBM usually provide the employment letter for their foreign employee which has detail like Start Date,End Date, Number of Hours/Week, Compensation...

But out of the regular offer letter like above, do IBM needs to give any other letter to support the Non-LMIA job offer to get 50 points?

Yes - as said above, they need to provide a letter that states they will continue to employ you for at least a year after you become a PR.
