CSQ with sponsor form IMM0008

Hi everyone,
Im from Quebec and Im applying with my Common-law partner from Australia for the sponsorship program. I was wondering on the form IMM 0008 what to write question 6 about the CSQ. Does she need to apply for the CSQ before sending the forms? Ive been trying to create a account on the Quebec MIDI page for days now and it dosent work.

For Sponsorship of Family Class - Spouse/Partner, you apply for the CSQ after CIC sends you Sponsor Approval.

The reason why the form is worded that way is because it is a GENERIC FORM for everyone, not just Sponsorship, not just for Spouses, etc. So there are cases where a person would have the CSQ beforehand, but that is not going to be your case.

Just leave it blank, CIC and Quebec knows that a Sponsorship of Spouse/Partner has the CSQ after Sponsor Approval.
