CSQ vs PNP. Which one is faster?

Hello everyone,

I am 3rd year Phd student in Ottawa (Ontario) and have registered in Mon projet Québec.
I can apply from Ontario side (via) PNP next year (After graduation) or from Quebec side right now?

Does any one have experience which approach (CSQ or PNP) eventually is faster to get PR?
