Good Morning all,


Could anyone help me on my situation for permanent resident to Canada


I am presently working in Quebec and have 3+ yrs experience.


I did apply to CSQ on Mar-2018 through Mon project and received no response till now.


With the MIDI unpredictability I'm not sure I want to wait for an "undetermined" amount of time for an uncertain answer


So on Mar-2019, I filled and applied for Federal Express entry profile

Can I apply for both programs (CSQ & EE) simultaneously ?


Is there any affect on my temporary stay due to this process?

It will be hard for you to prove your intent to reside outside of Quebec which is a requirement for the Federal Express Entry CEC or FSW streams.
Given that you've worked multiple years in QC, probably have ties in QC, and your application for a CSQ, proves your intent is to settle in that province.

That being said, you can apply for both programs, but if you are invited to apply for the Federal EE program (CEC or FSW streams) you can be rejected if the officer is not satisfied that you intend to reside outside of QC.

But my CSQ is on hold as per the recent Quebec government bill 9, they are cancelling all the applications submitted before Aug2018
So in this am I still visible for both programs ?

You are still working/residing in Quebec, so the question remains, how will you prove your intention to reside outside such province?
