I have a question regarding the rules of CSQ about the spouse.
The principal applicant, intending only to find a job and permanently settle in Québec to work, can bring the spouse (at the same time) without this spouse having the immediate intent to work full time (only part time as a full time student)? I can't find information online about spouse accompaying to start a new study program and work only part time (during a few years). Is this wrong? Should the spouse get the PR to work full time as well? Or there is no rule about it?
