Can anyone help me with below question
My CSQ was rejected when I was in Quebec and after which I moved to India because my contract was completed.
Quebec government gave me 4 months timeline to reply them if any of my situation changes (due to which my points will increase).
I have applied for Express entry and summitted all my documents for PR process when I was in India and its been couple of months and didn't heard any from CIC.
Since I am getting close to my 4 months time line.
Simultaneously I am pursuing higher qualification(Correspondence) and my final semester is pending due to COVID-19
Shall I reply to Quebec government with above situation with all supporting documents
Will Quebec government accept this ? and provides me with some more extra timeline or Shall I just leave it as is without any reply because my PR is in process
