CSQ REFUSAL NEW PATHWAY

Hello guys I got a refusal of my application for CSQ cause I studied 2 months of free studies, before receiving my CAQ change request
In my letter they said (you didnt respect your conditions of stay !
a lot of friends had the same refusal they sent a request for reconsideration and they received their CSQ
I gave up and I was preparing for EE
and now fortunately IRCC started the new pathway program
So i was was planning to move out soon to Ontario and apply through the french speaker's graduates program but the problem that in some forms they ask if you had a CSQ refusal, on my refusal they said that I should have changed my study permit and CAQ, the thing is that on IRCC website they said that you don't need to change your study permit "
**I want to change my school or study program. How can I change my study permit?**
You don’t need to change your study permit if you’re changing your school or study program
So its means that i didnt do any mistake


I don't know now what to do and if this will affect my application !!!
Any help is appreciated

You're all over the place, what is your question? About CSQ? TR to PR program? Or study permit?

Thanks for your reply its about my application for PR what should i say to justify the refusal cause
In the rejection letter they said non respect des conditions de sejour temporaire au Québec
Should i send them the rejection letter or just say in the form that i didn't have the requirements to have the CSQ

Your english is fine!
They're only asking you if you had a rejection or not, no need for justification because they already know or will know later, IRCC and MIFI (Quebec Immigration) share information all the time. Don't worry too much, I also had a CSQ rejection when I applied under CEC, was honest about it and never had any problem.

One more question, on the IRCC website the requirements for the new program they sai you should respect the conditions of your study permit so i, afraid that will affect my application
