Here is my situation.... I got my CSQ through PEQ on June 2016. I am going to leave Canada in December 2016 as my work permit going to expire. Can I add my spouse in CSQ (PEQ) from outside of Canada?
CSQ obtained through PEQ. Want to add spouse in to it
