Anyone received this?

We are writing to you today as our records indicate that you received correspondence issued to you

on February 26 and/or 27th 2015 in error.

The Case Processing Centre – Mississauga (CPC-Mississauga) uses an automated mailing system,

which on February 26 and 27 2015 mistakenly issued you this correspondence.

Please accept our apologies for this error. The processing of your application has not been affected

by this error. :o
 
Yes, my partner/sponsor got the same letter. Here's what we got:

Dec 2014 : mailed sponsorship/PR app & received

27 Feb 2015:
"confirms that your Application to Sponsor a Member of the Spouse or Common-law Partner IN Canada Class was received by CIC on 2014/12/29...."

followed by requesting the CSQ. But the French version does not mention "Inland" or "in Canada". My partner called CIC and confirmed that it was an Outland application.

9 Mar 2015:
"This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class . . . You have met the Federal requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing...."

followed by requesting the CSQ.

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class . . .

The CPC-Mississagua has been in contact with the MIDI and has alerted them to this situation. You should not submit an applocation for a CSQ based on the correspondence dated February 26th or 27th. The last two bolded statements were bolded in the letter we received (all by email to the sponsor).

I'm really thankful that in between the error and the correction we got Sponsor Approval, so the error/correction email don't worry us too much.

I noticed this came up for some other folks in the Inland 2014 thread (if you just do a search for the key phrases, it comes up on Google for that thread).

Wow what up with CIC and this CSQ mistake/error? I have been seeing this on several threads and its making me wonder. My hubby got approved as my sponsor in November and we applied for my CSQ in feb and got approved in feb. I called CIC last week and they told me that they do not have my CSQ in file however MIDI tells us that they have sent my CSQ to CIC and now im wondering whats happening with this whole CSQ thing...ugh
 
My husband received exactly the same via email on 26 n 13. Just wait and watch
 
Have you guys called CIC to find out what is happening?

Thanks, I applied on 2nd March. So it took 3 weeks. Generally ppl get it in 2-3 wks after applying

Did you received AoR and SA?
Or AoR and then they ask you for CSQ and then SA?

I got AOR on 3-12-14, then on 27-2-15 received email that my file does not contain CSQ, so I should apply for it. I don't think it to be SA, well I really don't know what that letter was. You can see the letter text in above posts as well

Wow you have to wait almost 3 months just to ask for CSQ?
C'mon CIC!!!
I'm march applicant, I'm worried on how long it will take. :-\

ACTUALLY, I SEND THE APPLICATION FOR CSQ TO MIDI ON BEHALF OF CIC'S ERROR LETTER.CAN ANYONE TELL WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT .MIDI WILL ACCEPT THAT FILE OR REJECT THE FILE ....I AM VERY CONFUSED WHAT WILL HAPPEN ?????/

I sent request for csq on the base of 27-2-15 email. though my husband received another mail on 13-3-15 that previous mail was by error n we shouldn't apply for csq right now, I received my CSQ today:) hope you will get yours soon. I applied on 2nd march
 
ACTUALLY,
I SENT MY APPLICATION TO MIDI THIS MONTH 11 MARCH....MIDI DIDN'T CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD YET....ARE THEY PEOPLE CHARGE THE FEES WHEN THEY ISSUE THE CSQ OR BEFORE?? IS ANYONE KNOW PLEASE REPLY ME..???
