I need help please .
this is my story : I did apply to CSQ in 2010 and i got an appointment for an interview to New York in 2011 after they said my file was accepted for an interview so when I got my interview date i did apply for an american visa to attend my interview in New York but the problem the american embassy they didn't give me the visa so I can get to my appointment in New York after the visa was refused I decided to transfer the file to my country Algeria where I can just fly there with no visa problems and in 2012 i got married to my lovely wife who she's a Canadian citizen since born . I did advise the immigration office about my marriage so since then I never heard from the immigration office until today i have received a letter from them saying that they need to updates the file and they are asking for documents which I have submitted before plus details of marks related to my diploma and filling up the spouse form and both of us has to sign it (MY WIFE AND I) and my last three pay-stubs , a job letter from my current employer and the tax income for the last three years .
So I am wondering what will happen next is it possible to get the CSQ without having to got to an interview ? or they just opened my file to schedule and interview for me back home ?
