CSQ application from within Quebec and with Validated Job Offer

Good afternoon,

I applies for the CSQ On June of 2017. I received the document list and submitted the required documents. I received an acknowledgement of receipt September 2017. I have several questions regarding my case:

1) What would be the average timeline for a CSQ application made from within Quebec on 2017?
2) Having a validated job offer, how would that affect/help my application?

I've been having problems finding data and these subjects.

Have you received your CSQ? Are you working on Closed or Open work permit?

For Validate job offer, do i need to issue a closed work permit or i can work on same open work permit?

Your answer will help me a lot.
