If your score will increase to 461 by Feb 15.....
considering the last draw which was PNP/ CEC, there are chances that you would be selected. IF they continue the PNP/ CEC........................

On the other hand, if it's the general draw. Looking at the All program draw, the last draw was 468 in Dec 2020. 461 would look a little tight compared to 468.
