New here, entered the pool recently and got confused by a few things, sharing in case it helps someone else:
1. Your profile score and the draw cut-off aren't the whole story. You can be above the cut-off and still not get an ITA if you're not eligible for that specific draw — e.g. French draws need NCLC 7 in all four bands, one weak band and you're out.
2. Edits apply going forward, not backward. Updated my profile today; the draw from two days ago used the old snapshot. Obvious in hindsight.
3. Enter each credential separately. Don't try to pick "two or more certificates" yourself — put in every ECA'd credential and let the system do the math.
