My score is 454 and draw today is 44, but I have not received an ITA, is this because I have not completed a job bank profile, does that matter?

It does. You're not eligible for an ITA if you haven't registered for job bank unfortunately. Good luck.

Hi All, I submitted my application and received the "Welcome to Express entry" message yesterday 21 Feb at 19:30 PM UCT and today, 22 Feb, at 13:10 UCT there has been a draw. Can you please tell me if i would be receiving an ITA in this draw?

Have you registered with job bank or is that pending validation? If it's pending, you wont get ITA.
