crs score of 771?

I'm new to Canadian immigration process ,when i check my CRS score on the calculator I realized my chances are bleak with score of 300 only but PROVISIONAL NOMINATION GIVES 600 POINTS extra is what I understand so
when I visited this page

i see that CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 771

does that mean that the candidate got 171 on CRS calculator ?
Can someone please advise where I'm going wrong

Possibly, could be a skilled trade person without a degree who lives in Canada or meets PNP criteria.
