CRS Score of 388, waste of time?

Apologies my keyboard went crazy for that post and i can’t edit it.
I’ve also seen i could do a intra company transfer which requires my employer to prove specialised skills, hopefully thats another avenue.

Thank you - yes right now I’m at 2-3 years experience, in august i’ll complete my third year so will ammend to 3-4 and boost to 412 CRS.

However i will achieve that score by getting a job offer, so i thought I mayas well search now then can ammend to ‘have offer of employment’.
I wasn’t sure what order i do it though, like get the job then ammend my application....then what? Wait for someone to find me and send a PNP...then surely my emoloyer will be blred of waiting for a pnp? Or so i have to directly apply for a pnp when i habe the job offer?

Im so confused...

Some streams require you to wait for notification of interest, and others you can apply to them directly. It depends, you'll have to check each one of them independently.
