CRS-Score is not showing for work experience

Hi, I am applying under express entry and my profile says its eligible for federal skill worker, but points for CRS - Human Capital - Canadian Work Experience is zero, i have 14 months of continuous paid experience while i was student and it should count towards federal skill worker stream, and i added that when i created my profile, kindly anyone facing the same issue or help me in that, thanks.

If the work experience was while you were a student, then it doesn't count towards Canadian work experience.
