CRS Score is 430

My CRS score is 430.
Will I be able to fill EE application ?

I see there are so many people in the pool above my score, what does that mean?

Does it mean once all of those people get COPR then I will get ?

Are you eligible to enter the pool with a score of 67. This is separate from CRS score. If so, then use you can put your name in the pool.

Your CRS score is too low for a nomination as scores are 469+ or more. Right now there are no open draws. So you need to increase your score.

Assume you have ECA and IELTS to proceed. No way in short time span...another diploma or certificate (at least a year) or learn French to B2 fluency.
