crs score get updated from 388 to 400 ....how can this possible?

i got mail for application update ...when i login to my account my score was increased to 400 from 388. thay gave me 25 point for work exp which was perviously 13 point . but i still have left one month to get 3 year experiance. my 3 years will be completed on 11/11/2016 .but cic have already updated my score from 388 to 400 ...how can this possible ...plz help i am confused..is it an error ?

The EE system counts work experience in whole months, not days.

So if you started a job on September 30th, it will count the entire month of September, for example.
