CRS score from official tool site and Express Entry profile

Did anyone encounter any difference in CRS score calculation between the official calculator site (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp) and Express Entry profile ??

If you're putting different data in them, the scores will vary.

It can happen, but what supersedes is your express entry profile.

The tool is just indicative.
