Looks tough unless you have connections in Manitoba. Ontario is your only option.

What is your IELTS score? Try improving if you haven't got 8 in Listening and 7 in rest

HelloSith Lord..I got 8,7.5,7,7.5.But as I am 42 and this December I’ll be 43,my crazy score is 413?What should I do now?Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Oh man its quite tough for you :( Ontario is you best option. There are quite a few 40+ here who were successful in getting a PR. So don't lose hope :)

Nothing is easy. It all depends whether your profile matches with the needs of the province. Your best choice now is Ontario but nobody knows when they will send NOIs again under HCP without job offer/French Skills. Sasketchawan only recently removed your noc from in-demand occupation list :( You can also try for PEI but chances are very slim since I have never seen anyone from IT invited this year. If you have a friend/family/relative living in Manitoba then you have a very good chance for NOI :)

Quebec have their own immigration system so you can try there too :)

What about other province ?. I have sibling in Ontario, but he can't sponsor me, because he is staying there with spouse..
