I have worked 1 yr and 2 months, NOC classification 4165. I have Canadian education. But yet I don't get any points for Employment and Canadian Education.

I guess you choosed No to this question is your course of study in French or English.....something like that . That's where you missing the point for education in canada .

You didn't show the correct category for Canadian work experience. Arranged employment is altogether different - it is meeting the requirements for having a valid job offer. Assuming you are now on a PGWP, you would need a positive LMIA and an offer of future employment (for at least one year after you become a PR) to be eligible for the arranged employment points.
