What do you mean? If you know your CRS score then you have submitted your profile with ECA and IELTS. Your score is too low to get a ITA through Express Entry. Maybe SINP but score still may be too low. What is your NOC?
So you have a profile with your ECA and IELTS? If you have a profile then research PNPs. Look at SINP if they select your SINP score and NOC. For trades, you would need your Red Seal.
