CRS points for Education under Skill transferability factors

Hello Group Members
I have a question regarding CRS points for Education under ‘Skill transferability factors’
My brother is a Graduate (4yrs B.E from India) and is planning to do 1 year graduate certificate/course from Canada). He has CLB9 IELTS. There is a category ‘Two or more post-secondary program’ under which he gets 25 points right now. Will he get additional 25 points once he completes this 1 year graduate certificate?

Yes, as you can see in this table two or more degrees (with one of at least three years) combined with CLB 9 in all four abilities is worth 50 points, i.e. 25 points more than with just one degree.

With good official language proficiency and a post-secondary degree	Points for CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities (Maximum 50 points)
Post-secondary program credential of one year or longer	25
Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer	50
