CRS points calculation doubt

I am a recent graduate from Canada and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business which takes 4 years to complete in Canada, but I am a special case. I started my degree in India in 2017 and completed two years. After completing two years, I got my credits transferred to University of PEI in 2019, and continued my studies. I graduated in 2021 and got 3 years of Post Graduate Work Permit. I currently have one year of experience in a NOC B skill level job. So when I go to the official website to calculate my CRS score, I get confused on what to answer for the questions 4) What is your level of education? and 4c) Choose the best answer to describe this level of education.

Did you get an ECA for your degree in India?

I didn’t finish my degree in India but the transcript provided by my university in Canada mentions that my credits were transferred.
