I believe PNP is the only option but do they offer without job offer from that province. Do they look at specific NOC's as per their requirements or the candidate's resume?

Hi There,

When I use the CIC calculator I get 405. I tried to create my ee profile and it was rejected, my profile is not active in the pool. I received a pdf saying that I am not eligible. I think maybe it is because my ielts writing is 6.0 or Could it be something else?

1 year back home experience(paid, I started working full time when I haven't graduated yet)
