CRS Education score is 0. Despite adding a Bachelors degree.

So as the title says, my CRS score for education is 0 even though I have added that I have a bachelors degree from England.

WES is yet to receive a certificate of confirmation from my university, is this why?

If not any help on the subject would help, as I am a little worried.

Yes, it's because you haven't completed ECA yet. You can't set up a profile until you've completed and recieved your ECA.

aah okay thank you so much for the quick reply. So my university is in the process of sending WES my degree. Should I withdraw my application or is it okay to just update it once I receive it?

You can update them once WES comes in.
