CRS Calculation_Education points

Hello,

I am a Pharmacy graduate from India which is a 4 years degree. In addition to that I have done a certification course in Clinical research for one year. But this certification was done from an institute which is not affiliated to any University. Can I use this certificate as 2nd post-secondary diploma/certificate?
