CRS about 430, apply for PNP or get job offer?

Hi,

I am working in the US and am trying to get a PR Card in Canada (and move there). My IELTS exam is in November, but I calculated my CRS based on approximate score. The CRS is around 430.

Should I apply for Express Entry with this score, or try applying for PNP or getting a job offer to increase my score?

Job offers are extremely difficult to secure. I would look for other ways to apply or increase your score. Right now you don't have enough points to be selected under EE. You can look into increasing your IELTS score if you haven't maxed that out already.

Also, can I get PNP for Ontario as a Software Engineer?

Yes - I'm saying 430 probably isn't good enough for 2018

I'm well aware of the scores last year. However that was last year. You should take a look at the cut offs this year.
