CRS 445 but Convicted for a Crime

I got clb9 in ielts which take me to CRS 445 with good chance of getting ITA, I have not yet created my profile due to below reason

-> I am from india, and while staying in Indonesia, I was convicted for an immigration crime . I was caught driving with two indians who were overstayed. The case was wrongly put against me which I fought in court for an year but finally I had to pledge guilty to get out of it . The court fined me.
After that immigration blacklisted me , and I can not go back indonesia.

Please suggest that should I disclose this case in my profile or after ITA?
Indonesia won't give me police certificate of good conduct which is mandatory requirement at later stage.

Please guide me ...

Please note that, this is according to IRCC

Our online system will ask for a police certificate for:

• you and your family members who are 18 years or older
• and
• every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row

And so you need to get PCC from Indonesia if you stayed more than 6 months..

Will this create a basis of rejection in EE.

They will basically apply Canadian laws to the crime you committed and decide your criminal inadmissibility. It is hard to say the outcome. You could consult an attorney if you want to know your outcome beforehand, and see if they have any strategies to overcome it.

And no matter what your PCC says, you should declare this while filling your EE application.
